Standing at five stories tall, the 15-meter palace is a symbol of Jaipur’s rich cultural heritage and architectural innovation, reflecting the blending of Hindu and Islamic styles. 

 

City Palace

Constructed in the 18th century, it is a magnificent complex consisting of several courtyards that showcases a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, offering insights into the royal heritage of Jaipur. Key structures within the complex include the Chandra Mahal and the Mubarak Mahal.

 

Amber Fort

Built in the 16th century by Maharaja Man Singh I, the fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a testament to the grandeur of Rajput architecture. Amber Fort is constructed on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Main attractions in this area are: Diwan-e-Aam , Diwan-e-Khas, and Sheesh Mahal. You can enjoy an elephant ride to the fort’s entrance and the spectacular light and sound show in the evening!

 

Panna Meena Ka Kund

Panna Meena Ka Kund is a photogenic step well located near the Amber Fort in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The walls and steps are adorned with intricate geometric patterns and vibrant colors, and lead down to a rectangular pool.

 

Patrika Gate

Situated approximately 30 minutes from the heart of Jaipur, Patrika Gate is a breathtaking architectural wonder that serves as the grand entrance to Jawahar Circle Garden. The colorful  gate with vivid colors – blues, pinks, yellows and gold features exquisite murals that highlight various elements of Rajasthani culture, celebrating folk dances, lively festivals, and traditional attire.

 

Nahargarh Fort

Nahargarh Fort, situated on the Aravalli hills, is a historic fort located just 6 kilometers from Jaipur. Built in 1734 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the fort was initially constructed as a retreat for the royal family and offers stunning panoramic views of the Pink City. Visitors can hike up to the fort for a more adventurous experience or drive up to enjoy the scenic views.
